About the Library
Charnock Healthcare Institute (CHI), Newtown, Kolkata started its journey in 2013 in this present premises and is proud of its journey, especially its well-equipped library. It is one of the Leading Nursing training Institute not only in Kolkata but in the whole of India. Having more than 5300 books including reference books and a good number of journals/magazines, the college always tries to hold up its teaching-learning process as well as research culture among students, faculties, and staff members.
A separate reading room with seating capacity of 100 students and scope of internet surfing is also provided to the students to keep students inspired and motivate them to be knowledge-centric.
